Turn signal relays and resistances

When changing the intermittent incandescent bulb by a led flashing it is common to notice a change in the frequency of flashing. This is due to the change of protection of the electrical circuit. The purpose of the resistors and relays is to stabilize the flicker frequency and only one of them (or resistance or relays, not both) will be necessary.
